Easter with the scent of coffee!

EASTER IS COMING

Why give a simple chocolate Easter egg when you could make one filled with coffee? ☕

This holiday could be a great opportunity to experiment with delicious recipes , especially if they are based on chocolate and coffee, one of the best combinations in cuisine.

HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE EGG FILLED WITH COFFEE

From when you are little to when you grow up and become adults (and then you are never too old for some things) the opening of the Easter egg is one of the most fun and festive moments of Easter lunch 🐣

Here's an alternative idea to reinvent Easter eggs, arm yourself with whisks and a lot of patience and let's get started!

What ingredients?

  • 1 chocolate egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 140 g of butter
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 6 ladyfingers
  • 250 ml of coffee

How to make it?

Divide the egg in half vertically, following the line and not breaking the two parts. Decide which part to fill and prepare the mousse by whipping the egg whites, sugar, butter and coffee.

For the preparation of the latter, it is preferable to use a more delicate 100% Arabica blend , we recommend:

Once you have chosen and prepared the coffee, place the ladyfingers on the bottom of one half of the egg and dip them in the cold coffee.

Here, you can pour the mousse to level with a spatula and, if you keep some aside, you can use it to decorate the surface.

Complete the preparation by adding the other half of the chopped egg with some coffee beans , have you already tried our Désir ? Fragrant and wrapped in fine dark chocolate 😍

It must be said that, with this chocolate egg filled with coffee, Easter has never been so delicious!
