Mascarpone Truffles with Caffè Haiti Roma

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS HAITI COFFEE TRUFFLES ROME

To make 25 truffles you will need:

☕ 80 ml of strong coffee

🌰 60 g of chopped hazelnuts

🍪 350 gr of biscuits

🍫 Bitter cocoa to taste

🥄 60 g of sugar

🥣 250 gr of mascarpone

 

First of all, start by roughly breaking the biscuits and transferring them to a blender . Let it work until you get a sandy mixture and start preparing the coffee (we recommend our Elite moka blend ).

Let it cool and then pour the mascarpone , sugar , coffee and chopped hazelnuts into a large bowl and mix everything together with a fork.

Once you have obtained a creamy mixture, add the crushed biscuits a little at a time and, when it appears sandy, start forming round balls and then pass them in a plate full of bitter cocoa.

Finally, transfer the sweets into small paper cups and leave them in the refrigerator until you decide to serve them to your guests.
