3 EASY COFFEE COCKTAILS TO MAKE AT HOME
As also reported in this article from Repubblica , coffee is increasingly present in the preparation of drinks.
While waiting for the holidays, we want to offer you 3 coffee cocktails that you can recreate with our blends, easily at home when you want a bit of fresh and relaxing to end the day in style.
- NEGRONI WITH A STAIN 🥃
Easy to prepare at home and to share with good company, arm yourself with all the ingredients and start creating this exclusive drink!

- 3 cl of Gin;
- 3 cl of Campari bitters;
- 3 cl of red vermouth;
- ½ espresso coffee;
- orange slice to garnish;
- ice.
Prepare the espresso coffee (we recommend our Minuto pod ) and let it cool. Add the ice and gin to a glass and then continue with the Campari bitters. Stir carefully clockwise and add the coffee. Finish by decorating everything with an orange peel.
2. CHINOTTO ESPRESSO 🍹
Here we want to combine our beloved coffee with an all-Italian drink with a nostalgic flavour: chinotto !
This cocktail, in fact, aims to rediscover this slightly vintage citrus drink in a particular combination that perhaps you have never tried: with coffee!

- double espresso ristretto;
- ice;
- chinotto;
- orange;
Prepare our Espresso Chinotto in an easy and natural way, starting with the coffee and letting it cool (we recommend the Moka Gourmet 100% Arabica ).
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the double espresso, add the chinotto to top off and finish with a twist of orange peel.
3. COFFEE MOJITO 🍸
And did you know that among the many variations of the Mojito, there is also a coffee one?

- 50 ml of white rum
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 espresso
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- soda to taste
- ice
As always, prepare an espresso (we recommend the Biocaffè Gran Miscela or the Biocaffè version for the Moka ) and let it cool. In a tumbler, crush the mint leaves with the cane sugar.
Add the espresso, sparkling water and stir, then add the ice.
Finally, garnish with some mint leaves.
