
Make a coffee cream just like at the bar!
How many of you would like to enjoy a coffee just as if you were at the bar?
The important thing, as we know, is to choose the right, good and quality blend 😏
At Caffè Haiti Roma we offer a wide selection to suit all tastes, but what if we wanted to dare and create that tasty cream that reminds you of the pleasure of being served at the bar?
THE HAITI ROME COFFEE TRICK
First things first, let's make the coffee!
☕ prepare the moka, choose your favorite ground coffee blend (take a look here , we have a wide selection) and create a nice little mountain!
🔥 turn the stove on low heat, so as not to burn it, and wait until a little coffee starts to come out.
💡 the touch of class!
Here we have some bad news for those who drink bitter coffee: the cream can only be made if you like sweetened coffee !

When the coffee is about to come out, turn off the heat and remove it from the stove.
After that, pour the coffee into a metal mixer containing the sugar and start mixing everything quickly with circular movements to create the cream 🥣
The first drops that come out of the moka are the creamiest and have the most intense flavour and are therefore more suitable for this occasion.
Put the moka pot back on the stove to continue to make the coffee (always on a low flame) and add a teaspoon of cream for each cup. Once the coffee has come out completely, pour it for each cup and your cream will be ready to rise without even needing to stir 🥄
